Partner
Sam is a partner in the firm, and devotes his practice to business transactions, technology licensing, intellectual property protection, and real estate transactions. Sam represents a wide variety of clients, including individuals, start-ups, established businesses, and real estate developers. He teaches real estate and business law courses at De Anza College and is an editor of the textbook Essentials of Real Estate Investment, 8th edition, Dearborn Real Estate Education, 2008. He has appeared as a legal analyst on NBC Bay Area News - Investigative Unit and routinely conducts seminars for real estate agents, brokers, and investors.
