Greg is a partner in the firm and specializes in the defense of all aspects of employment and wage and hour litigation, including claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, unpaid wages, meal and rest break violations, wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions. An experienced trial lawyer, Greg has tried many cases to jury verdict and represents employers in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings, including hearings before the EEOC, DFEH, and Labor Commission. He provides advice and counsel to employers on a range of employment matters and is a regular speaker on employment-related topics. Greg carries a Martindale-Hubbell AV-Preeminent® rating and is a 16-Year selection as a Northern California Super Lawyer®, an honor reserved for the top 5% of practicing attorneys in the state of California.
